LOL about Radagast the Balrog and the kindly spider queen. And I'm all for Faramir being revealed as the true Prince of Dol Amroth and King of Gondor!

Queen Beruthiel, while she never actually sets fire to anybody, is portrayed as an incessant chain-smoker, "waving the fire about in her hand like a hot poker" (Fellowship of the Ring, towards chapter seven).

Wow! I never read that, although I had been to the related art gallery a number times, which has terrific paintings based on LotR. The Silmarillion summary really sucked though. So typical that it did not get the attention it deserved.
