Turin took up the name Neithan, "the wronged," because he was an emo assclown, but can that adjective be used collectively? Can a group of people refer to themselves as Neithan, or does the for of the word have to change for it to apply in the plural?

They can't use Neithan as a title for themselves as a whole, since it's a singular adjective, but they could use Neithadhrim, meaning roughly 'the people who are wronged'. Note that this word is a class plural and can only apply when speaking about everyone in that group. So you can't say 'one Neithadhrim', but you can say 'one/some of the Neithadhrim'.

One more, if I may:
What's the difference between the suffixes -waith and -dhrim?
