Right, I have yet another noun I need converted into a name. Quárelëa - anxious? Quárelëon - anxious, watchful one? Would that be right?

Sorry, missed this before. Where did you get the word 'quárelëa'?

Yeah, this is Qenya. Which wouldn't be a problem in some cases, but here it doesn't work because the Qenya word qára ('to watch') was replaced by later Quenya tir. Quáre, meanwhile, came to mean 'fist'. So the name doesn't make sense in mature Quenya. It looks like somebody made an adjective from 'fist'. The Quenya word should be something more like Tirea or Tirya, with masculine names being Tireon or Tiryon (Tirion).

Qenya, Gnomish and primitive Grey tongue, I usually try to make sense of them with Parma Eldalamberon. But it is tough going usually. Would there be an easier way to make names from root words?
It was for the AinA. I went along with Hórëon for the OC. It would be alright, right? 'Impulsive one'?

I got it done by you for one of my other wips. Well, names are a shared resource among the stories
