I didn't see a thread for this, so I started one.
If anyone has a story they want nominated, post the link here--I've got plenty of open slots. So far I've only nominated one of my own--been too out of the loop to do anything else. Last year I didn't participate at all, and hope to make it up a bit this year.
I am at your service, as the Dwarf said to the Hobbit.

Thanks for the offer, but I have been extremely lazy regarding writing this year (well, not 'lazy' actually, let us say a preponderance of real life issues took precedence over fan-fic). I've only got one story in the MEFA competition this year, which was duly nominated by the patron saint of Fan-fiction, Virtuella, or as she is named by her adherents, 'The Most Holy and Virtuous Patroness of Scribelings, Maiden V.' Anyway, I shall not shamelessly plug my sacrilegious parody Monty Python's Fellowship of the Ring, and neither will I offer the story's url for your consideration: login.fanfiction.net/story/story_preview.php?storyid=5292724 As that would be tacky, and I would prefer to rest on my laurels rather than promote my witty, sarcastic and utterly superb composition. ;D

Thanks! I didn't have that much that was eligible and my single two stories I might have wanted to see nominated have been, along with one of my character bios (Celebrimbor, actually). So I am covered! (It wasn't like I didn't write anything last year, but most of what I wrote was on already-ran WIPs, original stuff, and other fandoms. And a ton of bios, but I don't like running against myself. Seems kind of pointless.)

Thanks! I didn't have that much that was eligible and my single two stories I might have wanted to see nominated have been... Good! Welcome to my pointless world, or at least this has been the case in previous competitions, e.g., Villains, Other Beings. As for nominations, I figure if someone genuinely likes something I've written, then s/he will submit it to MEFA. Thus, no self-solicitation here.

Can I nominate Tears for the Fallen instead?

I went through Pande's list at SWG, thought all of them had been nominated. But you are right, Tears for the Fallen is available. I'll race you to the MEFA site!

I kept meaning to thank you for your nomination of "No Justice to Yourself." I love that story. I don't expect it will do very well. It's too wierd for most taste! Whatever. I get more philosophical every year. I know!! "Villains" is a small category. Same way with those non-fiction entries. Everything runs against one another from Darth's brilliant language essays to Hobbit semi-religious tracts. (I'm being hypothetical about the Hobbits--can't recall one in particular, but do vaguely recall at least one that was far too earnestly Christian to hook me.)

I get more philosophical every year. Ooooh, see, that's why I liked No Justice to Yourself so much! It's morally complex with realistic consequences for those involved. I'm not anticipating Flame of the Desert or The Man Who Grew Tomatoes to fare all that well (especially the latter which is really "out there") but hey, I'm pleased they're nominated. The Hagiography of Saint Frodo? I kid! I kid! Steel made that quip a while back (cf. The Heretic Loremaster), and it gave me a chuckle.

OMG! Flame of the Desert is a winner! (Or it should be!)
The Hagiography of Saint Frodo?
Oh! Ouchie! I think it was that one!
